Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by “Client” (you).

 

Please read carefully before making your purchase. Selected orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Selected items can take several days finish, all depending on how you customized your order. Since selected items sold on our store are uniquely designed to your individual specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned, therefore, 24 hours after you place your order ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So it is imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping.

However, if you are not happy with the items due to a fault of ours, you can make a return and have it exchanged with another one within 7 days of receiving your order. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us a message so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. 

Orders can only be canceled 12 hours after placing the order free of charge. Contact us to cancel an order. After 24 hours the sale is final and will not be refunded. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your NON-CUSTOMIZED item(s), you can return the item at your own cost and receive store credit towards any other item in our store of equal or lesser value.
